Pride Ventures Solutions CIC is a collective voice of highly skilled and resourceful people coming together in the all-round social fabric of the community. We are multifaceted and diverse, hence we maximise activities to maximize opportunities for our partners and within a cohesive environment for all to grow. Our organisation is a community interest company that has a strong belief in investing in people, their wellbeing, their development and growth.

Our goal is to maintain a high-quality professional organisation that focused on building both partnerships and in helping them to enhance their capacity for delivery, that is in providing them with the comprehensive tools that they need and to provide for them the opportunity for real growth.

Pride Ventures Solutions is also about social development,  support and in caring along with promoting and providing opportunities for individuals to volunteer, invest and grow alongside the community they live.  Our primary goal is to deliver and maintain a very high-quality professional service that is focused and committed to all-round quality in all our services. 

Quality Assurance

As part of our quality assurance, we aim:

To ensure that services we provide are always at the highest quality and tailored to meet the needs of clients. We will continuously seek feedback from our clients and staff to ensure quality and outcomes are achieved.

All clients receive annual surveys commenting on what we do well and what we could improve. We do not ask for names in order to enable an honest response.

All staff are monitored at regular intervals by senior staff or management whilst performing tasks and agreement from clients to undertake this monitoring is always sought prior to any visit taking place.

All staff receive one to one supervision with the Manager at least every three months and an overall appraisal of their work every twelve months. This gives staff an opportunity to discuss any issues which affect their work and to make suggestions for improvements to the way we do things.

Because we place such importance on quality we also undertake quality monitoring visits to each client every three months. This allows the client to discuss any issues which they may have and to make suggestions on how we may improve or adapt the services we provide to further enhance the quality of our practices.
