Pride Ventures Solutions CIC provides opportunities for volunteering and openly welcomes volunteers in all areas of our business.
It is our aim to provide those that are looking for volunteering opportunities the most appropriate information they need to find the right volunteer role, within our organisation. It is important for us to ensure that we meet our obligations in matching volunteers that are most suitable to roles most appropriate within our organisation.
We actively recruit volunteers for varied roles within our organisation. These roles will be published here on our website, our Facebook page, Instagram, along with all other of our social media pages. Whenever a role that matches your interests, skills and availability is open you can submit an expression of interest from our web form, inboxing from our social media pages, send us an email us or by giving us a call.
If for whatever reason you do not see roles that are right for you but have an interested in finding out more about volunteering you can also send us an email with regards to your interest that we will bank and make contact with you whenever a role that matches your requirement comes along.
Volunteering within our care or similar services may be required to do a DBS Check and to provide appropriate referees.
If you apply to volunteer for a role that matches your areas of interest, you will be invited to undertake an interview with one of our team. The interview process will be an opportunity for our volunteering Coordinator to assess your suitability for the role, and for you to assess whether the role is right for you.
As a successful volunteer, you will receive a Volunteer Induction that will introduce you to key information and policies that will enable you to begin your volunteering.
Some areas of our services may require additional training prior to you starting, this will be organised with you at your most convenient time with one of our training offices. To keep volunteers informed all volunteers will need to attend the volunteering meeting from time to time.
